1. Upon booking (in writing, by telephone or online), a rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the landlord. The booking becomes binding upon confirmation.

2. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 10 days of booking. The remaining amount is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

3. The following cancellation fees apply: up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge, 13 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price, 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

4. Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., departure must be by 11 a.m. Other times are possible by arrangement.

5. The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables. Damage to the flat or furnishings caused by the guest must be compensated.

6. The holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) must be observed.

7. Data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the booking and will not be passed on to third parties.
